Payment Authorization

Your bank, card issuer, PayPal or another payment provider may carry out additional security or authorization checks before approving a transaction.

If a payment is declined, please check the information entered during checkout or contact your payment provider.

Currency

Product prices and checkout currency may depend on your selected market or location.

Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion fees or other charges where the transaction currency differs from your account currency.

Discounts and Promotional Codes

Where a valid discount code is available, enter it in the relevant field during checkout before completing payment.

Some promotions may be applied automatically. Discount codes may be subject to expiry dates, minimum order values, product restrictions, country restrictions or other conditions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are generally returned using the original payment method where possible.

After Natna Shop processes a refund, your bank, credit-card provider, PayPal or another payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Please do not send complete payment-card numbers, passwords, security codes or other unnecessary sensitive information by email, contact form or live chat.

Natna Shop customer service does not need your complete card details to assist with normal order questions.
